I think you better re-evaluate your priorities in life if you are moved to violence (of an inanimate object no less) when a thread of yours is closed in an online forum. Just my thoughts.

Can we go to the Book Forum next?

Another reason I rarely post about DVD's anymore

It's a cover. Get over it. Or if that doesn't work, post in the original thread instead of creating a new one.

Wow, its great to see that hours later, this thread is still in the Computer Forum. As for the cover... with the correct cover, the DVD is actually worth what you pay for it. With the immitation cover, the DVD is worth about $5. I'm not saying that I would ever sell it, but I would like to get what I paid for.

I would have posted in the original thread, but it was closed not much I can do about that. I do think this thread should be moved again, for s-bombs and giggles, and the Bargain thread would be nice. Maybe in the International DVD forum, because I am talking about an international DVD. On second thought, this topic is doing nicely here (for some reason). Ahhh, what fun...

Of course not! Especially if it was a cute little kitty.

The Beatles agree:

No, the thread that was closed because it was a duplicate, the original was linked in the second post of the closed thread. And I don't know what bizarro dimension you live in where the worth of a DVD is determined by the paper it's wrapped in.

Yes. Everybody knows that the worth of a DVD is dictated by what kind of case it is stored in.

Its the same thing with any DVD. If you have a DVD, and its in a blank case with no cover what-so-ever, that DVD is worth less if you wanted to sell it. Same goes here. The DVD with the proper Criterion cover will be worth more (especially with collectors) than the disc with any other cover. Its the principality of it all!

On a side note, I'm liking where this thread is heading... complete randomness.

Unless a post is in Other, Sports, or Mature, I don't have any more ability to edit someone else's post than you do.

But I have the ability to delete the entire post, which is what I did.

I hope that serves as a strong warning to Mitsurugi to never do that again.
