Alright - Apocalyse Now dominated much more than I expected, and the other key point to mention is that The Deer Hunter is '79, not '78 (ignore Ebert / Siskel) - check out it's Oscar wins and its release dates on the imdb for confirmation... so we'll see how it'll due in '78.
