Reports now that the (first?) plane, the one from Boston, was an American Airlines 767 to give you a sense of size.

All 3 airports close to ALL traffic. All bridges and tunnels are closed coming in. Outbound coming out of the Lincoln Tunnel some are coming out. People being turned away at the Holland Tunnel. Alerting people to head north, allowing people to leave across the George Washington Bridge into NJ. Or the Taubansee bridge. Of course ALL traffic is at a standstill. (and I am just quoting CNBC)

My feelings are with every New York resident and their families. So far 6 people have been confirmed dead, but with 1000 odd injured, you can bet there will be more. Who knows how many people were on that flight?

It was a plane that crashed into the Pentagon. One reporter reports seeing the tail of the plane as it crashed into the pentagon.
