I was watching GMA which is showing the World Trade Ceter live and saw the second plane crash, then that big explosion.

nbc is saying United Airlines is saying a American Airlines 757 (!!!!) was hijacked and flown in as the first plane

Senior gov't official: 1st plane was hijacked - suicide mission (obviously). Also, airports and the Lincoln tunnel have now been closed - Bush will be making a statement shortly.
