Hi, I'm new here, my first post actually.
And I'm also new to DVD's, not having a DVD player yet but in the process of getting one bought in HK (I'm in Sydney).
I was wondering if anyone knew if AIWA players were any good, particularly the model DV370.
Also with RCE, I've heard that you can get around it by having a multi-region dvd player in which you manually change regions. Is that true?
One last question, does anyone know where to get the DVD's "My Neighbour Totoro", "Nausicaä of the Valley of Wind" and "Laputa: The Castle in the Sky" all by Hayao Miyazaki and in Japanese with english subtitles, or in english?
Thanks!
Kazzie

Welcome to the forums.
A really good player for their price is the Toshiba SR-1200. You can get them at Retrovision or Harvey Norman for $699 uncoded.
