Amazon UK CS any good?

Is Amazon UK customer service comparable to Amazon US great service? I have contacted them (by e-mail) regarding my order and now it's been about 55h and haven't heard anything. Is this usual for them? With Amazon US I would have sorted that problem in this time.

They are usually superb! I have never had anything other than fabulous dealings with them...very helpful..Try sending again?

I had very good experiences with Amazon.co.uk Customer Services. Once a DVD wasn`t included with my other items and they sent it without any charge with DHL. And they responded within 24hrs.
