Does anybody have experiences wih DirectVideo, a canadian online retailer? Their prices are quite good,but shipping prices will be e-mailed to you after you order, so how much are they? Also with a name like that, customs are likely to select your package for taxes-inspection.

I ask them before and they told me they send it in plain package and declared it as software or something like this.

Thanks for the tip.I tried ordering from them last night using the secure payment option. I clicked on the left button(Record... something) but nothing happened!
I sent them an e-mail to hear if my order was placed, no response yet. Any suggestions?

if I'm not wrong, the secure payment was a pop out window? Mayb you were logon during peak period so the window was a little slow to pop out. but I tried just now, it's there.

I have only order once so really can't remember much. their repond time is a mixture, sometimes they could be slow or fast. just have to wait for them to get back to you.
