I dont know if it has been metioned before but dvdplus.com in england, is selling region 2 dvd 's AT COST.
They have something called etip. Like leaving a tip at a restaurant, I guess.
As a check the Prisoner 5 disc set is 37 pounds or roughly $50. Estimate of US dollars, not sure if that is right.

It's a sad day....who ever thought we'd have to resort to buying our dvds at cost?

They're lying anyways. There's no way Gladiator costs 18.38 pounds or roughly $25!!! Etailer's cost for DVDs is usually about 50% off MSRP. They usually make a $1 -$2 profit when they have a 40% or 43% preorder.

Not true. I have worked in retail and have both ordered and sold DVDs for a store and your facts are wrong. Although I don't remember the actual numbers the margin on DVDs is very small and at anything below 20% off they are definitely making a loss.
