Make a hotmail account and make up a US address (the only zip i know is Beverly Hills 90210)
That should be it and you'll be able to receive and use the GC no probs

No need now, as Firstlook will now issue Amazon.com GCs to any country - just in case you hadn't seen that.

Yeah, Casey mailed me from Firstlook that they have made an exception towards International customers to issue Amazon gift certificates.
Read the E-mail they sent me:

Hi there,

Our policy for International member redemption has been changed once again.
At this time, Amazon is the only current reward offered at Firstlook
available to our International users. All other Rewards are applicable to
residents of the United States and Canada only. Sorry for the confusion and
uncertainness of this International member issue. Amazon GCs will/have been
sent to International members who redeemed for them and will continue to be.
