I am looking to buy Region 2 DVDs to ship to the USA. According to ShopSmart.com's price comparison engine, it seems like all the DVDs I looked up were cheapest from www.kvs.co.uk, and they offer free delivery anywhere in the world. Are these guys reliable or am I dealing with another DVDWave here? Am I better off going with blackstar.co.uk, which is a bit more but also has free shipping?
