If you are Region-Free, the UK DVD and BD are set to release on September 20th. Not sure if the BD is Region B locked or not.

They are! I only skimmed through. I watched the movie about 1 year ago, but I got the disc the other day. all in 1080p HD, unless I missed something....

So if I were to import the UK blu of this, would I be able to play it on a Sony blu player here in the US?

Only if your Sony player is capable of playing Region B discs. There isn't any PAL material on the disc.

I have a Sony BDP-S470, don't think it's region free
