no, it looks like an awful Chinese movie...this one might be a better movie, Korea's PUNCH LADY:

according to the youtube comments, someone says that actress is So-yi Yoon. I'm assuming then it's from one of her tv shows, because it's not from Arahan and it's not from Shadowless Sword.
