I haven't ordered online from them but they are a major bricks & mortar retailer here in Australia. They always have large stocks instore and their customer service is pretty decent. Hope that helps.

I've ordered from them in the past. While they don't remove GST/VAT (whatever Australia calls it) their overseas shipping rates seem to be the lowest of all the Australian retailers I've checked out. Ordered something like two dozen discs in various boxed sets (ITC TV series -- Man in a Suitcase, The Saint) and they undercut shipping charges on everyone else.

I never placed a order from them before.But with their B2G1 free,I think I'll pick up Mad Max(big fan of this movie) and few other that are not dubbed.

Anyone have any suggestions for some good Australian Films?

I ordered from them around Christmas last year. No problems, at all. I found "The Year My Voice Broke" cheaper there than anywhere else, and it also was a signed copy, as per the listing.

how are they with packing securely and shipping times...how long approx.?

It's been a while, but I believe they shipped in a bubble wrap envelope. Shipping time is tougher, but to the best of my knowledge it was about 2 weeks to Canada.
