This is one great and powerful Estonian film. Watched it yesterday, and it left me deeply impressed. Remotely reminded me of Gus Van Sant's Elephant, but not to that extent that I'd call it a rip-off. They are similar in many ways, but their ends and means are different. Acting is superb especially considering the fact that most of the actors are in their teens and haven't been in a single movie before.
Not sure when/if it's gonna be released in the US and other countries on DVD, but if you have a chance to catch a screening somewhere, don't hesitate to do so. As I get it now it's one of the best films of the last year and of what I saw recently.
