I just ordered a few myself with
Dark Angel (known as I Come in Peace here)
Ticks
They Nest
Death Ship (80's)
Ghoulies 3
There's a bunch of others I know I'll remember later.

How about Orson Welles' "The Magnificent Ambersons"? AFAIK this isn't on R1, but R2 editions can be had from the UK, Germany, Finland & France (the latter country offering a very nice CE.)

Here's another version (R3 Taiwan) of theatrical cut of "Last of the Mohicans". It's released by Warner, who had the international rights for this film and have seemingly decided not to use the "Director's Expanded Edition" for whatever reason. Currently I own the R3 Korean version from Warner, which is pretty nice as well, but seemingly OOS at my usual Korean DVD retailer (dvdfromkorea.com)

Ya I bought the Brave and The Piano II (The Man Who Cried) with Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci in a box DTS Set from Asia I dont really remeber where from.

Both Films were never released here because of Bad Press... But Piano II is a decent film... I hated the Brave... Its a nice Pop quiz for your friends though, Ask them what movie did Johnny Depp and Marlon Brando play together?

This is incorrect.

The Man Who Cried was released in North America under Universal with a terrific DTS track.

I'm pretty sure the OP is referring to U.S. films that aren't available on disc period in the U.S., and only in foreign market(s), rather than U.S. films which have superior dvd releases in other countries. There are tons of those.
