If anyone still shops there, here is a $3 off coupon voucher that expires 2/26

Bill,

Thanks for the voucher.

I used it to purchase a copy of The Warlords.

I haven't purchased anything from CD-WOW since they changed ownership. Hopefully the order will go as smoothly as they did in the past.

The subject header of the voucher email was great: "What are we doing wrong?"

They added back a lot of MoC titles for $19.99, have a lot of pre-orders up again too. I really hope that Shitty-Wow turns around with their supposed "big plans" in March. In the meantime, I`m STILL waiting on Zodiac DC....

I wonder how many of these will end up being "out of stock".

Placed an order for The Warlords on Sunday and it came on Friday. Pleasantly surprised, considering the last 3 orders I had were cancelled.

Gee, what a surprise! How about all of them? As usual, I was only informed of the "out of stock" items once I emailed them asking about my order. Of course, all are still listed on their website. They tried to give me a couple of vouchers, but, as I asked in my reply email, what good are vouchers if none of your titles actually ship? Easily the worst e-tailers I have ever dealt with. A few MoC titles are £9.98 from Amazon.co.uk right now, including Naked Island, so I placed an order with them.I'm never dealing with cdwow again. Ridiculous.

so now the question is, how long will it take for others to realize that cd-wow is over. Also, how come Kevin or whoever it was only shows up when there seems to be good news back to back but once it started to go downhill for the nth time he hasn't been seen since.

my last 5 orders have gone without a hitch. Kinda makes up for the cancelled Criterion last year.

Still quite a long time for me . I have gotten my stuff reasonably fast and had no out-of-stock problems over the last months.

Well, a couple steps forward, and now a monstrous leap back...

When I tried to checkout today, there was no longer an option to select 'Other' credit card types, and thus continue to use Worldpay. The only option that comes up now is 'Visa and Mastercard' which then takes you to the Paynova screen.

I guess it's the end of the road unless they get that sorted out.

They also won't let you use the $2 off link and a coupon-voucher anymore. Ah well.

Yeah, I used Worldpay two days ago, and my items shipped the next day. Weird that it's gone now. Also noticed they didn't give me the option to enter a voucher on items less than $4.99.

I wonder (can't remember) if I used the $2 off link and was trying to buy a $4.99 or less title and saw no voucher option, or if I tried with a more expensive item.. maybe I'll try later if someone else doesn't...

Well, they still have 12 days to please the pants off of me. Otherwise... yeah, this isn't looking good.

You mean the UofI link? Yeah, that one's kaput, but this link:

http://www3.cd-wow.us/promotion.php?..._1&affid=14282

seems to work (for now).

The link works, but you'll notice that when you try to check out, there is no option to enter an e-voucher.

It was against their TOS to use a voucher via a discount link anyway. Many of us broke that rule, but you can't blame them for closing the loophole. I am upset that I cannot use my AMEX anymore.
