Pokemon Movies in Widescreen?

In America the Pokemon movies are not released in widescreen, is there anywhere in the world that has released them in widescreen? Perhaps in Japan or something? If so, where can I find them?

I believe in Canada they released Pokemon 4Ever in widescreen, since I have that one, but I really want the first one in widescreen.

Thanks in advance.

as i see, the feature films are realeased in widescreen in Japan,
some of them are widescreen in Europe/Australia too.

Still strange to think they have not left on the Japanese language track on the US dvds.

Cool saw them on Amazon.co.uk for pretty cheap, parts 2 and 3 are in widescreen. But, part 1 is not. Do you know of any Japanese DVD sites that have this? I can't view the language on Amazon.jp

On an unrelated note, but similar, I do appreciate the BOOBAH DVDs released as anamorphic. I always liked this trippy show before I had a child, but now when I watch the dvds with my toddler, I can appreciate the trippy visuals a lot more.

Thank you sooooooooo much, been looking for this all over the place. But, those prices are very high. The cheapest being $29+ that's a lot, I have to decide if I truly want to spend the money on it. I think I do, but should I? I've got some thinking to do.

By the way, the running time is listed as 109 minutes (1 hour 49 minutes), is this the fully extended Japanese version? Even with the cartoon short added to the American one, it doesn't even come close to that. Does anyone know if this is the case and if so, what exactly (besides the origin of Mewtwo) is different?
