I have! I think there is still a French (and Dutch) releases of this film but I can not remember if it was a Studio Canal print. It is a typical Loach: dark, heavy social-critique, a few snappy jokes here and there.

Sounds great.
(Anybody expecting Loach to come up with anything other than a "dark, heavy social-critique" is kidding themselves. Think "Ladybird, Ladybird" and others. Pretty much all of them.)
