I'm looking for The House Collection.

I need a site that will ship to the US. I found it on www.blahdvd.com. How are they? Can anyone recommend some other sites that might be of use?

You could try Amazon Marketplace I think Amazon will take the tax off for you too. Some sellers might not ship to the USA so you'd need to try another.

If you really want it I'd say buy it now as it seems to have went OOP = high prices sooner rather than later.

To see if it has went OOP try asking or reading www.anchorbay.co.uk/forum/

My cousin has it, it's still listed in his collection, and he might be willing to part with it. His SN here is stonecountry and you can reach him at [email protected] or [email protected] if you want. I'll direct him to this thread also.

Perhaps you should check these out (including Blah)
... I am from the UK (regularly at AV Forums DVD bargains) and these are all very reliable retailers I've used on a regular basis
- quoting from my post at forum.dvdtalk.com/showthread.php?p=7292384#post7292384 ...

Comparable Jersey-based retailers with competitive pricing include:
www.sendit.com
www.choicesuk.com
www.dvd.co.uk
www.thehut.com
www.blahdvd.com
www.hmv.co.uk

All are very good
- though I am not sure which ones (if any) ship outside of Europe, sorry

I always first pricesearch a title using these very useful sites that have saved me £££/$$$-thousands:
www.find-dvd-co.uk (for R2 titles - can also set up a pricewatch list, and receive emails when titles hit or drop below your target price; they have sister sites for CDs, books etc)
www.find-dvd.co.uk/r1 (for US/R1 titles and retailers)
www.dvdpricecheck.co.uk (covers all regions and worldwide retailers)
- all these sites give prices results in GBP
- I've always found the conversion result at www.xe.com/ucc to match my final credit card transaction +/- £0.05
