Can anyone tell me the difference between this:

The first one is available in both PAL and NTSC, but the second is not. I note that a review of the first complains about the number of cuts the editor uses--he may be exaggerating, but he claims there's a cut every couple of seconds.
Is the second just a reissue? Is it a different concert? Or has the footage from the original release been re-edited?
