The Corpse Bride: Best Region?

Which country is releasing the best version of The Corpse Bride? I was browsing CD-Wow and noticed they are selling a version that comes with a book. Would this be the best edition to get?

Isn't this the same thing that Wal*Mart is selling [fancy cover + book]?

Sounds like it is. I bought the Wal-Mart edition. Has the book and a rather flimsy slipcover with lenticular front. No set of film stills like the UK edition though.
