Pusher 3

Just a quick note that the third installment of Puhser has been released in Sweden. No English subs for this release but stay tuned for the upcoming British 3DVD set (which should offer the second picture as well).
Trailer here:

The Danish release is set for a March 21 release.

I believe late May is what we are looking at. Vertigo are handling this in the UK.

pusher 2 was pretty intense.. much better than pusher 1 by a long shot..
i recommend it. it screened at fantasia last summer and it was one of the best films i saw during the festival.. unfortunately there were only like 20 people in the audience!
really want to check out pusher 3! i think it played at the toronto int film fest

The R1 Trilogy box will come out in September and actually includes an additional documentary on the making of the trilogy -- according to twitchfilm.net

Anyone else pick up this trilogy? I got it and it's pretty cool. I do have a question for you DVD experts however as I usually just buy these things to watch the films themselves;
The 2nd and 3rd movie are on Dual Layer disc as the movies are around 1:40 each. What I found a bit interesting is that #2 and #3 don't seem to have been mastered the same. The subtitle presentation was different. Both seemed to be 16:9, but one contained smaller subtitles that fit completely within the 16:9 frame/picture. #3's subtitles spilled over into the black bar area. I know I'm not using correct terms here, but I'm not used to speaking on technical details.
Anyhow, I liked how #2 looked much more than #3, so I was wondering (for curiosity sake) if they just ended up using someone else's master? Does this explain why they look different?
Anyhow, pretty decent purchase. Nice trilogy and worth the watch. Oddly enough I seem to have enjoyed #2 the least, which is the one everyone else I've spoken to has suggested was the best.

I'd be curious to see what you think about it. I now know why the price was so good (a mere 13 pounds on amazon uk). As I mentioned they managed to get both Pusher 2 and Pusher 3 onto the same disc, so the box is only 2 discs. Still, for the films themselves it's a pretty damn good price.

I thought the price was great. I paid 25$ or so so its similar to what you paid. I have the R1 Pusher and liked it but I can't wait until I get it. I checked cd-wow and for my order it says "sent" but my other past orders say "sent + advised". I will definately have to take a look at what you mentioned before with the two distinct looks of the presentation.
