Bad Bankok Loco disc?

I just gave up watching Bangkok Loco - the last 15 minutes of the DVD had numerous physical errors, enough to make it completely unplayable, and un-rippable too. This disc just came in from ThaiNetCity in the last month. To the eye, there is nothing wrong with the disc, no surface scratches and no visible problems with the metal layers - I used a lint-free cloth and dvd-clearn-fluid just to be safe, but no improvement. (yes I am very frustrated that I can not see the ending either)

So I am curious if anyone else has had problems with the Thai DVD-9 release of Bangkok Loco?
