Not sure if i should post this here or in the store forum but anyway.

Ordered a disc with a 10/4 release date from them early september. They charged my card right away, which isn't nice, but i can live with that. But 10/4 the disc doesn't ship, even though they say in the confirmation mail it will ship that day. And it's available for shipping from other stores so it's not like it's delayed. Today 10 days later and it still hasn't shipped! Order status has been 'en préparation' all this time.

I emailed them both in english and french numerous time, but no reply.

So i had to ask mastercard to refund my money.

I will never shop there again.
