I hope so, but I'm not counting on it. I wonder what the bonus extra is for the first pressing. I went ahead and ordered it along with the new Conan 2 disc limited edition that they just put up for preorder as well.

There will be a 3-disc version in France and a 4-disc version in Germany. The German dvd will include the director's cut, the theatrical version and two bonus discs.

I'll prefer this NTSC version over the PAL. I did email CDjapan as it doesn't specifically say Director's Cut on it and the running time is wrong. I wanted to get clarification on their listing, but I am assuming that it is definitely the director's cut.

The specs could be incorrect. The DVD has all the extras that the LD had but it seems weird that they would release the 123 minute version.

Are you certain that this version (or any version) has the same commentary as the LD box set?

Commentary is the another question mark. Probably have to wait until there is a picture of the back of the case to get the full scope.
