It's the second one on this page, the two-discer:
http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=3937
The cover photo is the same used on the Starmax version, but the title looks like the one on the Edko DC version.
Would anyone know where I can buy this? I can't find it for sale anywhere.

That's this one you're after I think.
Do you want the dts? I don't see any other reason to get that. If you've not seen the film (it's brilliant) then either get the Korean disc with lots of extras or the Honk Kong disc with a few.
Either way it's a must see film. I own the very cheap HK disc (cover here) and can't see any reason for changing it.

I actually kind of have that Korean version. The content at least.
"My Sassy Girl" was the first Korean movie I bought on DVD and at the time I could only play R1 so I ended up buying on eBay from a seller (foreign movie buff) that claimed he didn't sell bootlegs. It was the Zoke release. Yeah, I didn't know better.
It's a bootleg of the Starmax release. I would've upgraded to the Korean version by now if I didn't hate the hard-of-hearing style subtitles. I'm planning on buying that Edko version as the one to watch, and keep the Zoke for the extras.
I wanted that Edko 2-disc release for the special features and for the nice subs on one set, but I guess I can forget about that since it's OOP.

I don't think the Zoke version is a bootleg, I have it also, though I think they compressed way to much on a single dvd. I think Zoke releases legal dvds, they did release a legal version for the mainland of HOFD.
I think that foreign movie buff is over priced, I did buy Infernal affairs off them and it was a legit version.
I'm probably going to chinatown next week and see if I can get the edko version
