"They Live" R2 differences?

Can someone tell me if the only difference between these two versions is that 82 page booklet (both are French editions)? And if anyone has the more expensive version...is it worth the extra Euros? and is this the best version, besting the German?

Simple Edition

82 page booklet Edition

I can't comment on the particular R2 French editions other than to say that by way of supplemental material included it is the best to my knowledge.

However i am of the understanding that the R1 image is marginally 'sharper' than the R2 and perhaps more importantly....OAR!

Fine.

I'll not bother you with any attempts to help in the future.

no need to get snippy. you gave me a site that simply states the specs of all versions (sometimes it isn't always accurate). i obviously knew the specs which is why i aksed if the difference was just the booklet. more in my question, i ask if it is worth it and what people who have this version think of it. that is something dvdcompare could never tell me. capice...

how highbrow. ppl just want to know things here, especially with the onslaught of different versions of a title. no need to get all uppity about it.

On a sidenote, looking @ that french version and the way they retitled it, makes me want to shy away...Away....away...away

It obvious they did 'not' get what the movie was about, and that title just ruins it.

"Invasion Of Los Angeles" ???

OMG

lol
