I ordered from them in January. I ordered the LOTR EE Wooden Box set featured in this thread:

I got an email confirmation of my order the same day. The next day the order was ready to ship and I got notice of the shipping charge. After paying the shipping, my order was shipped the following day with a tracking number. All in all I got 4 emails from them in the span of 3 days.

I also order the LOTR box from them in January.
I only received an order confirmation from them and the VISA gateway. It ship in two days and was delivered about a week later.
Would have gotten it sooner had customs not sat on it for about five days.
You should be able to logon to your account at JSDVD and check the order status.
BTW I'm in the US and I had a problem receiving some international emails until I relaxed the spam filter settings my ISP provides on their end.

I received an order confirmation as well as from VISA gateway. I never got an email about shipping amounts or anything like that. In the order status, it's just been processing since the 5th. I've emailed them and gotten no response.

Finally got a response. One of the titles is out of stock at the moment and that's why it hasn't been updated. Had to email 4 times to get a response. At least they apologized though
