thedvdetective had a few of these up for pre-order on Friday night. They were snatched up in minutes.

I've not yet seen the movie, nice looking set though.

I really liked it... I liked it more than In the Mood For Love even - and I liked that movie as well.

Same here, and saw it at detective as well, but too late, so now I'm looking for the two dvd stores that are supposed to have them...

Thats a real nice boxset, I already bought rhe 2-disc limited edition one though, and after watching it, I couldnt stand the movie

I just found it completely boring from beginning to end

Wow, that's a nice set. Too bad it's sold out. I would have taken a chance buying it blind as I like all of Wong's other films. If it turned out that I hated it, I'm sure there would be no problem selling that set on ebay for a profit.

As as big of a Kar-Wai fan as it get's & Ziyi Zhang is my favorite actress so if I'm telling you that the film is bad then you really know it is. Typical Kar-Wai flare in the cinematography & the music but it's not enough this time.

It is a nice box set but not worth the price.

Detective says he can't get anymore

I had this in my cart on the detective's site, but decided to pass b/c I just couldn't justify spending $100 on a movie i may not like. I'm also not really a hardcore LE enthusiast, so it made the decision much easier.
