AUDITION (R1 Keepcase version) Question
If anyone has this I just have a question.
Did this come with an insert? Also did the insert only have a picture printed on one side, unlike the digipak that has a fold out?
Thanks!

The keepcase copy of Audition I received in the Takashi Miike boxset didn't have an insert. However, the digipack version did. I've never seen a standalone keepcase version... and I doubt I ever will!
Shouldn't this be in the regular DVDTalk forum?

All three packaging variations are OOP. The digipack, the keepcase, and the Takashi Miike Collection boxset. They actually switched Audition to a keepcase so that the boxset wouldn't contain a digipack and two keepcases.
But, keep in mind that there is a re-release of Audition in R1 scheduled this year, with an anamorphic transfer. If you really need the film (and you do) I'd suggest getting the Tartan Extreme Collector's Edition for $20-$30 USD. It's fantastic, a nice three panel digipack in a slipcase, and the transfer is stunning. Just make sure you don't get the older Tartan Extreme version, from what I heard it's pretty junky. The only negative is that it's a PAL transfer, so if you can't stand the speedup wait for the new R1.
Still don't understand why this thread is in the International Forum?

Thanks DrG with the updates. An Ishibashi commentary would be way cool.

the only reason why I started this in the international forum is because I wasn't getting answers in the DVDtalk forum. I also assumed there would be a lot of Miike fans roaming the international forums. sorry.
also I was just double checking on the insert because my girlfriend found this for me used for $10 bucks so I was just making sure everything was legit.
