What are the best Fox foreign martial arts titles. (preferably DTS)
I own.

how are these DTS tracks? and is the picture quality the same on most?

Considering most of the movies in the collection are older movies, DTS tracks are rather pointless. Dolby does fine. I head the Operation Scorpio DTS track and it's about as impressive as the mono track. 
Not having a DTS track shouldn't dissuade you from getting the movie.
The picture quality is good on all the releases I've seen. Just be careful because anything released before The Prodigal Son will have dubtitles. In the newest wave Fox listened to their customers and put in subtitles.
