pretty funny
The film is pretty darn funny. Typical Stephen Chow movie, but for some reason, I felt that the film didnt focus on him as much as his previous films...which i guess can be bad or a plus. I enjoyed the film and will wait to see what versions will be offered.

omg, like i'm NOT getting that LE, i don't care how much it costs, the movie was great! apparently there are 4 versions coming out, i read it on another forum. i hope this LE is the best/biggest version though, i don't want to get it and then realize there's an Ultimate Edition or something, that just breaks my heart when that happens...

Saw it At Hong Kong. The theaters still have a lot of movie goers for this movie. The movie is really good, and Stephen Chow does not dominate the screen time that much.I felt he took a lot of time off for the other characters in the movie to do their stuff. It was very funny in some scenes.
I am glad I saw it in Hong Kong and it was worth it.Plan to get the DVD also
Really enjoyed it, they had a free VCD with deleted scenes for free if you buy 2 tickets for the movie. And some places has playing cards for HKD$50.00

DVD Talk Limited Edition
Anyone have a link to the UK cd-wow mirror with the 2 pound off coupon? With that discount, it actually comes up a little cheaper than the US site's price.

129 bucks? 55 bucks at sensasian doesn't sound so bad now. wonder what the shipping hit will be. Anywhere else? cheapest place for the limited set?
by the way - the yesasia pre-orders come with an exclusive book.

Went ahead and pre-ordered the movie-only version at cd-wow. Maybe I'll get the postcards. I went with them over dddhouse just for the fact that I'll probably get it a little quicker. The 50 cents isn't gonna kill me.

Hi everyone... I noticed this is region 3. I need your input on this... I love Stephen Chow movies, I have most of them, but I was wondering... should I just wait until either the region1 or region0 (ALL) dvd comes out, or just go buy an all-region dvd player? Cause I don't think the DVD player I have right now supports any other regions since I live in the US. Plus, I don't want to get the VCD, either!
