How can I tell the region code of a DVD ?

I sell DVD's internationally. Some DVD's have region "0" printed on the back cover, however when I send them to customers overseas, they get region errors.

So is there any Windows software available that can tell me the actual region code of a disc ? (I am running Win-ME)

Any help apperciated.

Go to dvdinfopro.com to get the download of dvdinfopro software. The media icon on the toolbar gives information on the region coding, among other data. It is freeware for the limited version, which includes this feature.
