I am currently in Berlin buying the hell out of movies and I saw Darkness. It has English subs, but I don't know if I should drop the 25 bucks on it unseen.

Is it worth it if you are a horrorfan?

Can anyone comment on the quality of the German DVD?

If you are talking about the Spanish horror flick: forget about it! I thought it was quite awful, and went to see it by accident... .

Especially the fact that all those Spanish actors speak English is just very annoying - why not just let them speak their native language... .

I was just looking into this as well. Looked like it might be pretty decent. Ah well, guess I will save my money as well.

Saw it, it was well made, I found it a bit dull. Coming out on US theaters end of December anyway(as the Dark).

If you live in the USA, you can rent it at Nicheflix.com.

I liked it, but alot of people don't.
