CD-WOW / KoreanDVDs question.
I ordered the Band of Brothers military set from KoreanDVDs and it shipped on Sept 16th. I still haven’t received it, although there have been some customs problems here in Canada over the last month or so. What should be my first step, it was shipped airmail so I don't have a tracking number to contact customs about, and KoreanDVDs site says that international orders have been known to take up to 40days for delivery. What if anything are my options? My second question is this I order The Day after tomorrow from CD-WOW, and 2 days later I ordered Donnie Darko DC, TDAT shipped the same day, DD shipped a day after I ordered it, I received DD today, should I be worried about TDAT being held at customs for some reason?

Ohh... 3rd member from New-Brunswick, its like we're invading the place!
Sorry I can't answer your question, all I know is everything I ordered from Hong Kong got here in 2 weeks tops, a month seems excessively long.

Well Donnie Darko took a week, but where it was shipped after The Day after tomorrow, its kind of worrisome, what I'm really starting to get concerned about is Band of Brothers. If it doesn’t come today I think I'll shoot an e-mail off.

Don't know if this might be the reason but I found this about the backlog at Canada Post. http://www.canada.com/vancouver/stor...c-f10c1bdca7d4
Apparently it can take up to six weeks?!!!
Also I guess it depends on the size/value of the parcels. I found that bigger or more expensive valued ones (which in your case, the Band of Brothers military set) usually get held up by the customs and take much much longer than those that are single disc DVDs.
