i've looked at various sites but there are so many that i got confused. i want one thats uncut, subtitled, and anamorphic

I think the Korean version is the best, check HKFlix.com they list the best version (it does cost around $30 though)

I don't think there is a Korean release.

The best version is probably the newest Hong Kong version. It's still slightly cut (just a few seconds, but has an anamorphic picture. Just make sure you get the newer one with the dts track. The older Hong Kong disc has more cuts, and is not worth it.

The Taiwanese version seems to be the most "uncut", but it amounts to a few seconds, so it's up to you. Picture quality is not as good as the Hong Kong version.

Don't buy them at HKflix, unless you enjoy paying a lot more than you need to for them.

does the artisan version have more gore then the hk version? (i can't stand most rap, and dubs)

No, you can always count on the US release to have the most cuts. The Artisan version is one of the worst, in my opinion.

Go with the Hong Kong (dts) version.
