How is "Malena"? (Monica Bellucci award winner)
Is it as good as some other foreign films I love like "Sex and Lucia", "Talk To Her", "Y Tu Mama Tambien", etc..

Seriously though, I wasn't paying too much attention to the story [as I just FFWD through the disc when I got it and haven't had time to sit down and watch it]. However, I can tell you to get the r0 version [that's the one that I have]. Here's a comparison to make up your own mind..

I think that if you liked the films mentioned you will like Malena as well. Good movie and Monica Belucci doesn't hurt the eyes either.
I have both the R1 and R3 versions. R1 has better video quality and the R3 has better packaging and more nude Monica.

If you saw and liked Summer of '42 then you will also like this film.
