I was browsing the koreansdvd.com web site and noticed that they had presale for this troy ltd edition dvd a couple of days ago. It sold out in 1 day and only 2000 copies are available. Does anybody know what the specs were on this dvd.

According to DVD Asian:

- Includes Image Booklet
- Interactive Menu
- Auto Trailer: Catwoman
- In the thick of the Battle
- From Ruins to Reality
- Troy: An Effects Odyssye
- Easter Egg
- Gallery of the Gods

And it comes in a wooden box.

Has anyone heard of KoreaPop.com? They have them up for $44.98(includes shipping). Just wondering if they are reliable.

Interesting...to order or not to order, that is the question. $80 (including shipping) is pretty steep.

Looks like koreapop.com is part of www.cineline.co.kr. I went to go through the order process, and noticed that the site does not appear to be secure. Has anyone ordered from here?

Ouch, seems like a lot of money for a wood box and a book. If it was a different cut of the film that may sell me, otherwise I think I'll pass.

Is Koreapop a safe site?

I really want this, but I don't want to loose $50 either.

The "price to be determined" note on yesasia is a little worrisome. They'll notify you when it's available though. I wonder if the price will be somehow related to how many they have to notify.

Interesting that the price is "to be determined". I ordered it from Yesasia on the 13th, and it was $36.95 back then. I wonder if they'll uphold the price I pre-ordered it for.

You're really lucky! Since I knew of this boxset I've lloking for it everyday on YesAsia and I could only find the VCD version.

When I reached the wooden box (they have two "Brad Pitt" in their database, one has done the VCD and the other the wooden box ) it was already "to be determined"

Probably, if they restock the product, price will be more likely around $60...

frankie, I know that thedvdetective had some for order, he might be sold out already, but give him a shot. You'll probably need to message him or post on the forum on his website. www.thedvdetective.com

Also, my mistake, I didn't order it from Yesasia, I ordered it from DVDasian. Does anyone know how to contact this company? My username to login isn't working, and I've tried to have them submit my info to me but have gotten nothing. Looking through the site I see no email/phone information.

Thanks for the tip juicerocket, but I'm going to wait for YesAsia (now that I know they have not yet put a price ) as it will probably be much lower.

Still no price at YesAsia? I want this as well, but want to make sure that it is from a reputable site at a decent price. Guess I might be out of luck...

Yesasia never has good prices on limited editions. You'll be paying twice the price you would anywhere else.

Anyone have any idea about this? I still can't find a way to contact them, and figure out how to check my order.

Wow, thanks so much flix. I'm ashamed to admit how much time I spent trying to find that info, browsing through the site, emailing them, etc. And just like that, it was right infront of me!

Thanks, I'll give them a call tomorrow morning!

I'm assuming people here have ordered through DVD Asian before, does anyone have any feedback on the process?
