CD-WOW order question (HELP!)

This is my first time buying from them.

I just paid for my order, does it take a while for the stuff I ordered to show up under the "my orders" part of the site, because it's not showing that I ordered anything.

Thanks!

If you got the 'You've Paid' email, then there is no need to worry about it.

I always have this problem at the .net site, but never at the .com site. If you didn't get the order confirmation-mail, then you order didn't come through!!! You should mail and tell them, and then they will say something like: ''You did pay, but Worldpay didn't tell us. But your order came through.'' Only then they will put the order in your history. Lat summer they said that some IT-people would look at it, but the problem kept coming back to me. So now i always use the .com site. Hope this helps...

That is what exactly happened to me. The order did not show up in my history and when I e-mailed them, they realized my card was charged but the order had not been sent. They apologized and I received the order about five days later. I usually have no problems with them. Hopefully they will fix the glitch...

Thanks everyone!

I took the advice of one of the posters and emailed them. They apologized and said that something was wrong in their system and that worldpay didn't let them know that they got payment. But as advertised, the instock items I ordered shipped out today, around 48 hours after the order was received.

If everything goes well, I hope to order from them again
