all i want is the extended cut of matrix 2... if they had extended the other 2, i would have bought them as well.

The Matrix trilogy is to be released as part of a special ten-disc DVD boxset in time for Christmas, according to the DVD Times.
Out on December 12 and with an RRP of £44.99, the specs are as follows:

All-new transfer supervised by the Wachowskis and director of photography (DP), Bill Pope

I'm all over this... almost as good as (in some ways better than) my dream version of the trilogy box set - at least there's as many discs as I wanted. The US version will no doubt be pretty similar. I may opt for the Korean version if the packaging is cool enough and the korean subs aren't burned in on the extras.
