Catherine Breillat's ANATOMIE DE L'ENFER?

Any word on a DVD release date for Catherine Breillat's film ANATOMIE DE L'ENFER? I would assume that the French DVD would be released in the next couple of months, as the film was released in France in January.

The film was recently released in Italy with the title "Pornocrazia." The film is distributed in Italy by Sharada Films. Apparently, Eagle Pictures, the company who produces DVD's for Sharada Films, has refused to release the film on DVD, stating that the film is "offensive to public morals." Even the distributor's DVD authoring facility in Milan has refused to press the DVD's.

Here is a link to the news item (in Italian) http://www.swissinfo.org/sit/Swissin...03&sid=5017669

Well, I actually saw the Russian dvd more than 2 weeks ago. It is not English friendly and the transfer is so-so.

As to the film...I am Breillat's fan (to a certain degree)...but this one is definitely not my cup of tea. The film will most certrainly find its niche audience though...

As to Rocco Siffredi...his forte is in a different genre.....
