ninja scroll r3 question

A collector's edition of Ninja Scroll(Jubei Ninpucho) came out last week in Korea and I have some questions. I read from a Korean website that this is supposedly very limited(1000 copies) but haven't seen the info anywhere else. Can anyone confirm this?Also, if anyone has this and the definitive r1 version-which is better? I haven't seen any mention of this DVD in the forum or in the AnimeonDVD forum. The packaging is pretty nice-very similar to the Dogville LE that was released earlier this year(which was limited to 2000 copies).

It sounds like the R1 should be better, as far as audio goes...since the OAR is 1.33:1..

* Disc 1: Collector's Edition + Color Photo Book (20 Pages)

Aspect Ratio : 16:9 Wide Screen (NTSC) 1.85:1

* AUDIO

- JAPANESE 2.0 Stereo
- JAPANESE DTS-ES 6.1 Surround
- JAPANESE DD-EX 5.1 Surround
- ENGLISH 2.0
- ENGLISH DTS-ES 6.1 Surround
- ENGLISH DD-EX 5.1 Surround
- SPANISH 2.0 Stereo
- FRENCH 2.0 Stereo

* SUBTITLE

- KOREAN
- ENGLISH

SPECIAL FEATURES :

- DIRECTOR INTERVIEW
- CHARACTERS SYNOPSIS
- ART DESIGNS
- THEATRICAL TRAILER
- TV SPOT
- PHOTO GALLERY
- HISTORY OF JUBEI

* DISC 2: STANDARD EDITION

Aspect Ratio : 4:3 Full Screen

* AUDIO

- JAPANESE 2.0 STEREO
- ENGLISH 5.1 SURROUND

* SUBTITLE

- KOREAN
- ENGLISH

So basically no Japanese DD or DTS 6.1 tracks for the 1.33:1 OAR disc.

I see this release on a few different websites, but nowhere do I see it's a limited edition. There is a good picture of it and it's contents on the yesasia site.

I saw 1000 limited release figure on a korean website.. I live in korea right now and the places around here don't seem to have a large stock. I was thinking about picking up an extra copy or two if it was limited.
