Does the Benelux version come with a Royale with Cheese?

what is so special about this 2-disc besides the commentaries? and what is on the 2nd disk...the same stuff that is on the Japan version? what other extras are there as this would not make up an entire disc? something doesn't add up with this version...<a href='http://www.smileycentral.com/?partner=ZSzeb008' target='_blank'><img src='http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_6_2v.gif' alt='Hmm' border=0></a>
