I think that the most commonly discussed extended cut of the film is the Japanese R2 (I am unsure what you consider uncut). On a few of the French forums I have also seen people mention a Russian cut as well....which I have yet to see confirmed.
Alas, please do a search since there is an extensive amouunt of info/discussion that involves this subject. Otherwise you are likely to take a few hits/jokes addressed to you.
