Anamorphic Widescreen for Suicide Club and Audition?

Hi:

I ordered Japanese DVDs of Suicide Club (unrated) and Audition (US) and both are letterbox 4:3. Are their any anamorphic version fo these two movies? Can't seem find them anywhere.

Thanks!

From DVDCompare.net:

AUDITION:
R0 Germany - (Rapid Eye Movies)
Takashi Miike biography and filmography
Interview with Takashi Miike (all in German)
Poster gallery
Photo gallery
Theatrical trailers
English and German Subtitles

Japanese Dolby Digital 2.0
Amaray Case
Note - Although this DVD is labelled as being R2 it is in fact R0.

Thankz Yakuza. Now if I can only find this german print. The sites metioned in the review (rapid eye movies and charmes.de) are both out of stock! Any idea where I can find this pristine german print?

Mooovie, what US DVD did you pick up? I think I remember the Ventura DVD being anamorphic (unless I don't remember clearly).

The Ventura disc is non-anamorphic.

Suicide Club may be in anamorphic widescreen in Japan, but IIRC it has no English subs.

EDIT: Yup, I'm correct. Anamorphic widescreen, but no subs at all. It's also movie-only and costs over $40.

No 16x9 enhanced master of Suicide Club exists currently. It's 4x3 letterboxed in Japan as well.

Hmmm. YesAsia lists it as 16:9... but then contradicts itself with 4:3... hmmm...

Too bad. I'd like to see an anamorphic version of it.
