I've heard that's there's no US release so i think i should post here, in case anybody is interested.

For those who can managed with french, there's a website : www.cdiscount.fr who sometimes sell DVD for half their prices... But since it is a french website, i'm not quite sure that's DVDs sold there are all french edition...
Seems there's some belgium or maybe dutch edition with at least english and french languages...
I can told this because on my DVDs purchased there, i've got some ratings that's not french rating code...

On this website, you can find the 4 DVD set for half the price of Amazon.fr
But i don't know if the cdiscount website ship worldwide...

Is the soundtrack in English? And, 4:3 presentation, or widescreen. What subs are available, just French I'd assume.

According to their F.A.Q.:

"Attention : Nous ne livrons pas actuellement en dehors de la France métropolitaine. "

and for the non-French speakiers this means...

"Caution: We currently do not deliver apart from the Metropolitan France. "

So unfortunately they only deliver within Metropolitan France, which is a shame since I've seen some great deals here before.

while Cdiscount offer some pretty decent prices (of course not always) they DO NOT (INDEED) SHIP OUTSIDE OF FRANCE!!

They do however manage to get such low prices because they offer a number of Franco titles (or shall I say directed towards the French speakers products) because they have been able to balance catalog offers with equivalent discs from Belgium, Lichtenstein, even Luxemburg and Holland hence the difference in the rating format.

Just what i thought...

www.dvdzone2.com has them for € 29,99 + shipping for each 3 disc (half) set. So only a few euros more. But they list status as "Unspecified delay" for S1 Parts 1+2 and S2 Part 1.

Availability is spotty. I ordered them when they were announced in November for a December release. They finally showed up two weeks ago.

And I immediately added them to my queue ;-)

About the cdiscount website, here what I have found about international shipping :

It seems they can ship international but there's not worldwide destinations.

To check if they ship to your country, just go to their homepage... Amidst all the ad and promotions, there's a list box with destinations where they ship...
Unfortunately, i haven't seen Etats Unis in the list (means US)...
It seems that for now, they only deliver for European destinations...
