Region 2: UK is getting a special edition dvd of conan the destroyer from castle home video. I am not sure what the extras will be.. they are also doing the new DUNE dvd. MGM released a special edition of conan the destroyer for germany, japan, and australia.

Mexico, too. I just can't believe that Universal repackaged both movies in R1 again, and didn't upgrade the first pic to 5.1 like it is in these other countries mentioned. A great epic action movie with an awesome score simply shouldn't be released with a mono track as the only option.

the MGM release of conan the destroyer has a 5.1 soundtrack. same with the first conan movie.
