No Man's Land (1987)?

Is there a widescreen version of this film in any region? The R1 version is a piece of crap. It's so crappy that they have a 1991 911 Turbo on the cover. The movie was released in 1987.

Believe me, I have looked. Would LOVE this in widescreen. Just like I saw it in the theater all those years ago. I'll keep my eye out but am not optimistic.

I once saw the LD version online. The retailer had one copy; I emailed him to see if it was letterboxed but by the time he got back to me it was already sold. Do you know if the LD was letterboxed? If so that is a viable option for me.

You would think they would have this in widescreen in Europe; but no such luck.
