CD WOW! (UK) how are they?
I wonder if anyone have used CD WOW! to purchase DVDs? The reason I am asking is because I just purchased the Delicatessen (R2) DVD from them for approximately $15. Anyway, how are their service and so forth?
Thanks in advance

Never used the UK site but the HK site delivered my DVD in about a week.

I'm from the UK and their service has been top-notch....they actually source their goods from suppliers in Hong Kong or Sweden i've found.
Their customer service is also of a high order....reply to e-mails promptly and they immediately sent a replacement 'looney tunes Golden collection' when mine failed to show up initially after 12 days of waiting.

While they don't stock everything, their prices are great.
Their service has been second to none in my experience - very responsive and helpful.
I have used them many, many times and they are one of my favorite etailers.

I have never had a bad experience with them.
At one point they sent me a damged Returner, but they sent me a new one free of charge, and if I wanted to send back the other one, they would refund my postage expense on my next order.

i like them
only had one bad experience: last year i ordered lotr fellowship EE, it was despatched the day after i placed my order...
after about 2 weeks i began to get worried, so i emailed them to ask where it was, they apologised and said they would find out what the delay was.
they got back to me the next day and said that it must have been lost in the post, and then refunded me my card and asked that if my item did eventually arrive i was to email them so they could send a SAE so i could return it them free of charge...
it never did arrive but ah well i got it from somewhere else eventually
so other than that experience CDWOW are good!
, i usually buy CD's from them, but i get a couple of DVD's (Nemo being one of em (Region 1))

I have had nothing but great service from CD WOW. I didn't realize the dollar off link was still working, so I just grabbed the Region 2 City of God and the Triplets of Belleville DTS. Thanks Bill

I just got a damaged Infernal Affairs III from them (discs were loose in the case and all scratched up) so I want to find out what's involved to get a new copy.

I bought more than 50 titles from them and only 2 of them got lost and they paid my money back immediately. But I recommend you not to buy any boxsets because of their packaging. It is not safe, case can be damaged easily.
