They were originally called DVDshelf.

Highly recommended.

Be sure to maximize your shipping

I wouldn't say highly recommended. However, LAYOYO is a reputable online merchant based in HK.

In the past few months I've placed three orders with them, and they were trouble-free. Correct amount charged, shipped promptly, well-packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I would say highly recommended. I've ordered from them, DDDHouse and HKFlix and I've had the best results from them.

recommended; as another poster alluded, maximize your shipping, i.e. order in quantities of 5, 10, 20, 30 etc.

A common complaint is that many times they won't hold up an order if one DVD is out of stock- they'll just cancel it and send it out the package sans the one DVD. Unfortunately a lot of times the one DVD out of stock is what the customer really wanted and wouldn't have minded waiting for it.

I just received my order last friday. Shipped 2-day ups.

It did take a while to fill the order, around 5 days. Highly recommended!

I bought:

Basic
We Were Soldiers
Below
Rules of Engagement
13 Days
The Hunted

All in dts for around $65 shipped. These all sound amazing. Also I just snagged the SuperBit of Black Hawk Down, and that is by far a sweet dts track.

Going to buy Face/Off and Crimson Tide SE next

Mark,

Crimson Tide SE is NOT anamorphic. The R1 version coming out this year IS but doesn't have a DTS track. The version from Thailand supposedly has both and is NTSC: the only known version to have both and be NTSC.

I was looking for the Black Hawk Down DTS on Layoyo but only found the regular edition. Am I missing something? Any other suggested vendors for this one?

I've ordered from them on a regular basis for over two years now and I've rarely had any problems with my orders. Best place for HK DVDs online.

Recommended place. I've used it a couple of times myself.
